Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search box are sent to the third-party results provider. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we use the contents of your message only to respond.

Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and time stamps. Aggregate review helps maintain the service and measure page use. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may rely on cookies or similar tools.
How Information Is Used
We use limited data to operate the service, diagnose faults, count visits, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support vendors process ordinary logs on our behalf. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure otherwise occurs only when valid legal process requires it.
How We Protect Your Data
Connections are encrypted, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Because there are no user accounts, we hold no visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Georgia does not currently provide a broad comprehensive consumer privacy statute comparable to some state privacy acts. Other applicable law may still grant rights in specific data. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking our contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page. Records held by Georgia or Muscogee County remain under the custodian's control.
